Position: Presales Director
Location: Bangalore/Chennai
Experience Required: 8-12 years in demonstrating and articulating Risk Management platforms
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Presales Director to join our Risk Management and Cybersecurity solutions team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in articulating, designing, and demonstrating comprehensive Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions to enterprise clients. This role will work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to support solution sales and drive client confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution demonstrations, workshops, and technical deep dives to articulate the value and capabilities of our TPRM and Cybersecurity platforms.
- Understand client requirements, challenges, and pain points to design tailored solutions and approaches.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs-of-concept (POCs) to showcase product value and differentiation.
- Partner with the sales team throughout the deal cycle to position the product effectively and address client objections.
- Develop RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and architecture diagrams to support complex opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor, educating clients on industry best practices around Third-Party Risk Management, vendor security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with product management to influence solution enhancements based on market and client feedback.
- Drive the creation of presales tools such as demo environments, client use cases, and technical sales collateral.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8-12 years in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales within the Risk Management or Cybersecurity domain.
- Proven experience in presenting and demonstrating TPRM platforms, GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) tools, or Cybersecurity solutions.
- Ability to translate technical features into business value for varied stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Hands-on experience building tailored demos and proof-of-concept solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management processes, including vendor onboarding, risk assessments, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other risk management standards.
- Experience with similar tools/platforms .
