Position Title: Associate Director


Software Requirements:


  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with marketing and communication tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, Hootsuite).
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack).

Overall Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and implementation of the company's sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve their goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to enhance sales efforts.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that support sales initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior management regarding the sales team's achievements and market insights.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to sales and marketing activities.

Category-wise Technical Skills:


Sales Leadership:


  • 10 years of experience in sales and sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Sales Best Practices:


  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Market Insight:


  • Strong understanding of market and industry trends.

Analytical Skills:


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data.

Experience:


  • Minimum between 14 to 17 years of experience in sales, with a focus on leadership and strategic development.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.

Day-to-Day Activities:


  • Lead and support the sales team in achieving their goals and targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
  • Identify and analyze new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Develop and execute detailed sales plans to ensure targets are met.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and customer meetings to build relationships and gather market intelligence.

Qualifications:


  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
