We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to manage inbound leads from various platforms, including social media, and set appointments for the Business Development team. This role supports business growth across five major cities: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads from social media and other platforms, qualifying them effectively.
Reach out to potential partners via phone to explain Dil Foods' value proposition.
Schedule and confirm appointments for the Business Development team in assigned cities.
Accurately update and maintain records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure a seamless lead-to-appointment process.
Provide feedback on lead quality and platform effectiveness for continuous improvement.
