Pre Primary Coordinator Needed for CBSE School in Shirdi, Maharashtra

Job Description:








  • Curriculum Development: Design and implement educational programs and curricula for pre-primary students.
  • Staff Coordination: Supervise and support teachers and assistants, ensuring they follow the curriculum and maintain high teaching standards.
  • Student Assessment: Monitor and evaluate student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
  • Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child’s development and any concerns.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Typically in Early Childhood Education, Educational Planning, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree: Often preferred, especially in Special Education or Educational Leadership.
  • Experience :  Prior experience as an early childhood educator and in a supervisory role is highly beneficial
Salary Range : 30k to 50k
