Job Description

PR and Influence Manager needed in a Financial Institution in Bandra East, Mumbai.
Immediate Joining.  

Seeking an experienced PR and Influencer Manager to enhance the Company visibility, credibility, and engagement. This role focuses on building strong media relationships, crafting compelling narratives, and collaborating with influencers to expand Lorien’s reach among target audiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator with a knack for storytelling and a deep understanding of the digital influencer ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy to enhance Company's reputation and reach.


Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry thought leaders.


Craft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other communications materials.


Manage media inquiries and prepare spokespeople for interviews.


Secure coverage in top-tier publications, blogs, and podcasts relevant to the study-abroad and fintech industries.


Identify and onboard influencers (education counselors, content creators, and student advocates) who align with Lorien’s brand and target audience.


Design and execute influencer campaigns to promote Lorien’s services and success stories.


Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and deliverables with influencers.


Track influencer campaign performance and optimize for engagement and conversions.


Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop impactful storytelling campaigns.


Align PR and influencer initiatives with broader marketing strategies and goals.


Monitor campaign success through key performance indicators (KPIs) like media coverage, social reach, and lead conversions.


Develop a consistent brand narrative and ensure its representation across all external communications.


Handle crisis communications effectively, protecting Lorien’s reputation and ensuring transparency.


Track and measure the success of PR and influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


Prepare monthly reports on media coverage, influencer engagement, and overall campaign ROI.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field.


4–6 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or communications, preferably in the fintech or education sector.


Strong media relationships and proven success in securing high-value placements.


Deep understanding of influencer marketing platforms and ecosystems.


Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives.


Experience managing crisis communications and sensitive messaging.


Proficiency in PR tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision) and influencer platforms (e.g., Aspire, GRIN).
