Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role will focus on the development and administration of Power Platform solutions, specifically leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager of the Power Platform team and the Power Platform Architect to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Development & Administration:
    • Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
    • Administer the Power Platform environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with guidance from the power platform architect.
  • Collaboration & Support:
    • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
    • Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Power Platform applications and workflows.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay current with the latest Power Platform features and best practices, and apply them to ongoing projects.
    • Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement using RPA in conjunction with Power Platform tools.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and workflows.
    • Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant Power Platform certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate).
  • 2+ years of experience in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• • Experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Power Platform environments for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related processes.
