The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, project management, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage projects from inception to completion independently, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Optimize data models and implement best practices for data visualization and performance tuning.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing reports to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI and data analytics.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5-8 years) in Power BI development and data analytics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
- Strong dashboarding skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Microsoft power BI Certification will be an added advantage
