SENIOR PRICING ANALYST-PRICING DATA ANALYSIS

As Senior Analyst- Pricing data analysis here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading pricing data analysis to generate actionable insights. You will work closely with business leadership to translate business needs into data analysis solutions. You will be responsible for defining pricing data analysis framework for the business. You will work with cross functional team to gather relational pricing data from Honeywell’s Enterprise Data Warehouse and utilize business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau to create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to business leaders.


You will manage end-to-end data analysis projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the successful delivery of actionable insights.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


·Own pricing data analysis framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the successful delivery of actionable insights.


·Apply expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis to develop and implement analytical solutions.


·Develop and manage the pricing data analysis framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery of actionable insights.


·Apply expertise in use of business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau to analyze, report and visualize large pricing data sets and analysis.


·Utilize Power BI, Tableau, PowerApps, and SharePoint for complex pricing analysis, reporting, and visualizations, integrating with other business systems for seamless data flow.


·Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a learning, collaborative and innovative team culture.


·Work cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams to integrate pricing data into broader business intelligence systems.


·Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges and generate valuable insights.


·Implement machine learning algorithms and statistical models to predict price elasticity, demand fluctuations, and optimize pricing strategies.


·Leverage Excel for advanced data manipulation, creating dynamic pricing models, and supporting ad-hoc analysis.


·Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture within the team.


·Drive automation in pricing analysis processes by integrating new tools and technologies like Python, R, or SQL.


YOU MUST HAVE


·Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.


·8+ years of experience in data analysis.


·Experience in PowerApp, Sharepoint(Mandatory)


·Experience in statistical modeling and data analysis.


·Experience of using business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.


·Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, PowerApps, SharePoint, and Excel for data visualization and analysis.


·Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and advanced analytics.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
