Job Description

Responsibility


  • To input all the required tasks in system accurately as maker within agreed SLA
  • To ensure to follow on all the agreed procedures and process flow
  • To handle all emails and breaks according to SLAs (internal and external)
  • To improve efficiency by continuously minimizing overall errors
  • To communicate professionally to clients and other stakeholders
  • To act as active team member, willing to go the extra mile when required
  • To work according to compliance rules, regulations and understanding of risk management
  • To ask for assistance when in doubt and escalate where required
  • To be responsible for ensuring control of day to day of Rec team
  • To ensure that errors are captured and logged in error reports
  • To collaborate professionally and constructively with Processing teams etc.
  • To support the ongoing effort to create transparency across Operations through data and strive for data driven decisions
  • To complete all tasks assigned within SLAs (internal & External) 
  • To escalate problems/issues to Management when needed
  • To gain technical knowledge of all the sub processes
  • To follow the control framework including checklists, WINs, control standards
  • To embrace the seven virtues and the rules of engagement as outlined in the Saxo Bank Corporate Statement
