IT Executive
Experience: 1-2 years


Job Responsibilities:


  1. Willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
  2. Provide remote assistance to users for resolving desktop-related issues.
  3. Possess knowledge in virtualization technologies like Nutanix or networking technologies such as Cisco Meraki.
  4. Coordinate with external vendors for issues related to applications, EPABX systems, or internet service providers (ISP).
  5. Ensure the completion of assigned tasks and provide timely updates.
  6. Collaborate effectively with the team and other departments to achieve common goals.
