Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience teaching political science or social studies (secondary or college level).
Strong knowledge of national and international political systems.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to encourage critical thinking and awareness of civic responsibility.
