Job Summary:
The primary purpose of the Supply Chain PMO Sr Analyst is to manage and ensure the successful delivery of single or multiple projects within the supply chain. The Supply Chain PMO Sr Analyst must perform this within scope, to a certain quality, and within time and cost constraints. This role requires dynamic change management to deliver business value.
Based at our Bengaluru (Bangalore) IBC Knowledge Park in India, you will report directly to the PMO Leader for ISC located in Davidson, North Carolina, USA.This strategic position offers a unique opportunity to shape the organization's operational strategy and drive sustainable growth through the effective implementation of PMO activities.
Responsibilities
·Project Planning and Execution:
oDevelop comprehensive project plans in collaboration with business SMEs, ensuring projects are efficiently executed and delivered on time.
oImplement standardized project management methodologies to ensure uniform execution across the supply chain.
oLeverage global resources and processes for project execution, achieving efficiencies not possible at smaller scales.
oEstablish a work plan and staffing for project activities, iterations, or phases, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
oImplement a project communication plan.
oPerform risk assessment and implement mitigation plans.
oMonitor project activities, ensuring the currency, quality, and integrity of information.
·Team Leadership and Coordination:
oProvide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle.
oAssign duties and responsibilities to project personnel and define the scope of their authority.
oDirect and coordinate the activities of project personnel to ensure that projects progress on schedule and within budget.
oFacilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
·Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
oMonitor project performance against KPIs, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives.
oUse SMART principles to define success criteria and measurements.
oBenchmark project management performance continuously to identify potential improvements.
oImplement and track the adoption rate of change management practices.
Qualification:
·Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering is required or equivalent experience.
·MBA is preferred.
Certifications:
·Project Manager Professional certification (PMP) preferred.
·Other preferred certifications:
¾CAPM (Certified associate in project management)
¾Agile Certification (Agile Certified Practitioner) preferred.
¾CSM (Certified ScrumMaster)
¾CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
Key Competencies:
·A minimum of three years of demonstrated competency in a project management role involving the execution of multiple projects of various scopes.
·Experience in leading a team, both direct reports and peers, using “soft skills” and/or “people skills.”
·Proven experience using Project Management tools for tracking tasks, resource allocation, scheduling. Practitioner of MS Project, JIRA, Microsoft 360 Suite.
·Strong skills in communication that include both direct and indirect stakeholders of project scope.
·Analytical skills to objectively assess project effectiveness and develop insights for future PMO operational excellence.
