We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist

Work Location: Pune

In this role, you will:

• Leading Programme Management Office (PMO) team and locate in projects of a variety of sizes, which are single or multiple work stream, have country or global dimension, and be of both narrow and broad scope
• Drive and participate in business planning activities including financial, technological and resource planning, such as Financial Control - Customer Charges, direct cost, accruals, Annual operation planning.
• Collaborate with teams in Business management activities, provide necessary support while capacity allows.
• Vendor management support – third party contract support etc. Tracking financial statuses of project deliverables and milestones 
• Portfolio delivery ,PMO and monthly financial governance for portfolios and resources allocation, 
• Managing and updating project documentation, process documents and information of sources. Participate in devising and monitoring of internal governance activities. 
• Supporting business management including recruitment of the team, resource governance, profile maintenance, reconciliation with vendor, budget tracking, team adminiration and other ad-hoc activities
• Work closely with the Infrastructure and application teams to ensure the IT project is delivered on schedule and budget, and meets the business requirements in acceptable quality
