Role Profile

Department Description


CRM, Digital & Marketing Technology (CDMT) structure is designed to support the end-to-end lifecycle of CRM, Digital & Marketing Technology applications and how they engage with the wider LSEG business.


Purpose:


Assists the Programme Management Office to ensure all documentation and monitoring of projects are delivered according to standards and controls.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the CDMT Programme Management Office with the planning, preparation and control of meetings and subsequent outputs and actions. Including meeting bookings, agenda preparation, information packs, minutes, and action progression
  • Assists Project Managers to build and maintain the delivery schedule in the relevant scheduling tool(s)
  • Supports the identification and management of dependencies, delivery risks and issues and tracks status through the maintenance of RAID logs.
  • Co-ordinates project communications and status reporting in line with standards
  • Supports the creation and maintenance of the delivery resource plan across the project lifecycle.
  • Supports with the monitoring of a change roadmap for the portfolio and assists with the implementation of change framework processes, policies and methodologies.
  • Drives adherence to project management standards and frameworks, governance procedures and standard templates.
  • Establish the Project/Programme document library in accordance with the current configuration management approach.
  • Manage the Project/Programme document library including storage, version control, distribution and sign off procedures are followed.
  • Build excellent working relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside the Project/Programme

  • Demonstrate and practice adherence to internal controls, all relevant procedures, keeping appropriate records and, where appropriate, timely implementation of internal and external audit points related to projects within remit.
  • Adhere to LSEG change standards, communicate these to project team members, and supervise accordingly.

Attention to detail


  • Continually evaluate the quality of data in the project management tools and repositories, ensuring status reports, risks and issues are updated, all required fields completed, projects to be closed on time, as governed by LSEG Group Standards

Organisation and Productivity


  • Ability to use a detailed approach to achieve objectives, evidence success, and demonstrate continuous personal growth, utilises time management, prioritisation and delegation techniques.
Candidate Profile / Key Skills

Essential


  • Proven experience in a similar project- or programme-level PMO role
  • Solid understanding and experience of formal project management methodologies, project planning, and project financial and resource management
  • Strong digital literacy, including sophisticated knowledge of the MS Office suite of projects, and a willingness and skill to learn new tools quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and consistent track record to work effectively with all interpersonal levels.
  • Management of data and proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Clarity PPM or other similar PPM tools

Willingness and ability to challenge and mentor project managers on information consistency, quality, and standards.


Preferred


  • Global experience – working successfully with teams in multiple locations simultaneously.
  • Experience in large investment banking or financial services organisations
  • Experience and knowledge of supporting a large number of projects.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
