We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.


In this role, you will:


  • Provide governance, support and oversight for multiple projects.
  • Maintain Project documentation, track resource schedules, co-ordinate meetings and trainings, and assist with budgeting and financial tracking.  
  • Track project progress performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure projects stay on track
  • Generate regular status reports, and project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate communication between ITPM’s and resource managers.
  • Help with delivery team with Hiring candidates from markets. This includes speaking with candidates/interview panellist, setting up interview slots,
  • Produce critical Management related reports for various committees like Resilience Oversight committee, CAP Action planning etc
  • Help the team with setting up of Value Streams, Sub Value streams & POD Structures.
  • Ensure all programme processes and activities are following established guidelines across the Technology core practices including Portfolio and Programme Management.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress across deliverables and financials, clearly articulating items for management attention.
  • Remaining flexible and adaptable in an environment of constantly changing priorities, challenging bureaucracy and demonstrating integrity to the values and strategy of the Group
  • Co-ordinating with Project managers for miscellaneous administrative tasks.
