Role Summary & Role Description


Support Treasury Projects by ensuring successful execution of projects, assist in project governance, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, reporting and support project stakeholders in achieving strategic objectives.


PMO manager is responsible for leading high performance teams to ensure key business objectoives are met in timely manner. This role involves monitoring project progress, budgeting, financial tracking, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder communication. The PMO manager is responsible for streamlining and implementing


Project management operations and maintain upto date records of Project progress and budgets.


Core/Must have skills


  • 5+ Years in PMO roles, and driving project governance.


  • Proficient in managing and reporting key project metrics around Headcound tracking,  Hiring, profitability, competencies, workforce management.


  • Timely reconciliation & reporting of key metrics around Headcount, financials and project status.


  • Highly skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and effective reporting.


  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on important tools, Analyze and report project performance to key stakeholders


Good to have skills


  • Ability to work in complex matrix structures, laisoning with different stakeholders to achieve uniform reporting.


  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills.


  • Adept in working for Agile teams.
