We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Project Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate with Business / Leads and equivalent senior stakeholders on asks / expectations/prioritizations.
- Handle multiple deliverables and help meet deadlines.
- Work efficiently and productively with minimal / no guidance.
- Provide consultancy & support to effective delivery of Technology services in the entity.
- Responsible for providing support on direct cost, headcount management, and annual planning
- Responsible for support on running local CIO owned Technology services and end-to-end Technology delivery.
- Responsible for governing risk responsibly, promoting ethical management of risks, communicating changes in policy, and ensuring in market regulatory processes and procedures are adhered to.
- Responsible for collaborating and providing support with GB/GF Business and other senior Technology Personnel to implement GB/GF goals within entity.
- Responsible for providing support on entity management
- Provide support on enhancing the individual/team capabilities.
- Prepare informative and crisp PPTs, data-pivots for senior management
- Excellent knowledge on Financial Planning Business Management.
- Knowledge of Management Tools (Clarity) used for effective Project Management
- Effective Resource Planning based on Available budget and Project Demand.
- Monitoring Group Tools and maintain correct data.
- Helping Regional Head for the estimations and controlling
- Able to handle challenges during critical projects and deliver it on time.
- Able to contribute by sharing ideas and give continuous feedback to improve delivery timelines.
- Excellent communication skill along with expertise in Excel
- Participate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis.
- Manage the compliance of the entity including but not limited to Global mandatory trainings, PF e nominations, Staff incentive, etc.
