We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Program Management Office Associate
Principal responsibilities
- The principal accountability of PMO roles is to support the Program Management Office in carrying out project monitoring, governance and reporting activities.
- Create and implement frameworks and methodologies to ensure the management of projects / program are comprehensive and consistent across different initiatives.
- Drive compliance adherence of the whole Program/Project to the governance framework, project standards and processes.
- Explore and implement improvement opportunities to improve governance processes leveraging the capabilities of Jira and confluence and other tooling
- Managing and updating project documentation, process documents and information sources
- Monitoring and reporting on budgets and expenditure
- Facilitate the management of risk and project review actions using Jira & Confluence
- Continuously review and take proactive measures / initiatives to support the project teams in adhering to governance processes while addressing any limitations
- Managing and co-ordination of regular project and program level reporting
- Tracking statuses of project deliverables and milestones
