About the role:


Work closely with sales representatives, product solutions consultants, legal, contract administration, business unit owners, billing and finance to generate and prepare pricing proposals for delivery to clients.

What you will be doing:


  • As a PMO analyst you must have strong understanding of P&L and work as a liaison between the sales teams and the BU controllers
  • Help with the maintenance and creation of Pricing Tools and Calculators
  • Build a database based on historical information and other available industry-specific operating metrics
  • Act as a liaison with sales and product consultants regarding pricing adjustments.
  • Create and maintain price lists.
  • Test functionality of pricing generator new releases.
  • Continuously work on standardization and automation of reports
  • Work closely with the pricing committee for the pricing approval
  • Coordinate Pricing Approvals
  • Working with functional teams within FIS (Sales, Finance, Delivery, Product, CIO) to gather inputs for new sales opportunities
  • Challenge / validate inputs with the team and BU
  • Contribute to Deal Review presentations
  • Tracking / status communication to all shareholders
  • Revenue Recognition review
  • Recommend and implement process improvement measures
  • Identify key financial as well as non-financial risks and advise mitigants for those risks
  • Collaborate with sales executives and relationship managers, product managers and senior management to provide pricing information in support of pricing strategies, policies and recommendations.
  • Obtain feedback on pricing recommendation from FIS internal clients to create updates to proposals and/or process.
  • Ensure corporate and divisional guidelines are in compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare and provides pricing proposals for sales executives and relationship managers.
  • Create and recommend new product pricing enhancements affecting entire client base.
  • Assist sales with training development as it relates to sales proposal requests and/or process orientation.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you will need:


  • Professional degree in finance or business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training and 5+ years of work experience.
  • Demonstrated PMO and process workflow maintenance experience
  • Must have a sound understanding of financial KPI’s like Cash flow, NPV
  • Excellent Excel Skills - Formulas, Creating Charts, Data Pointers and connections.
  • Knowledge of VBA and other programming language.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting concepts - DCF, NPV, IRR etc. (Discounted cash flow, Net present value, Internal rate of return)
  • Need to have a sound understanding of the revenue recognition in general
  • Financial Modelling, Strong Excel and power point skills
  • Ability to Build a model that is easy to understand
  • Strong understanding of FIS business strategy and how products or initiatives contributes to FIS goals
  • A sound knowledge of pricing strategy with an emphasis on value-based concepts including economic value analysis, role of costs in pricing decisions, segmented pricing approaches, life cycle pricing concepts, best practice negotiation strategies, pricing psychology, price sensitivity factors and measurement techniques, financial analysis including breakeven sales calculations and margin analysis and the role of competition
  • General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills

  • Knowledge of PowerBI and/or JIRA to build dashboard
  • Basic SQL/MS Access knowledge for Data warehouse/Storage

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
  • Ability to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: establishing personal and professional relationships among diverse internal and external publics
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and public
