Could you be the full-time Process & Manufacturing Engineering Manager in our dynamic RSC Operations organization we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive knowledge of process engineering and industrial digital tools in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, driven, and supportive teammates.
You'll lead the enhancement of IS-&-Tools to meet operational needs, such as PLM4A, GSI, AOS, DELMIA, NEO, in close collaboration with the Digital Data management team. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (M&T and IS&T Projects and teams), ensuring the alignment of Domains Network and supporting process transformation through PLM4A use cases and cross-site implementation.
You’ll specifically take care of assessing and identifying performance improvements in industrial and manufacturing processes, as well as interfacing with the M&T team to deploy standalone initiatives to a global Alstom solution when required.
We’ll look to you for:
Leading improvements in IS-&-Tools to meet operational needs
Assessing and identifying performance improvements in manufacturing processes
Ensuring alignment and coordination within the central Metier or Site
Supporting PME teams on new or updated processes
Interfacing with teams for deploying global solutions
Supporting the automation team in incorporating new solutions into the Alstom IT backbone

Good knowledge of Process Engineering and Industrial processes
Global understanding of overall internal processes (Projects, Engineering, Industrial, etc.)

Strong communication skills and the ability to influence towards industrial targets
Decision-making skills and a drive to achieve results
Experience: 5 years in the Railway industry within Industrialization; crossover experience in IS&T is a plus
