Could you be the full-time PLM Rolling Stock (RSC) Regional RBPE in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive PLM expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll serve as the métier referee within the region, ensuring the integration and adherence to core processes and tools. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as PLM Signalling and PLM Service Deployment managers), coordinate training for Key Users, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of consolidating regional needs for evolutions to the Central Program Team, but also monitor site maturity levels and promote deployment of new processes.
We’ll look to you for:
Coordinating, training, developing, and sustaining the Key Users network
Acting as a contact point for Central teams for PLM4A RSC processes
Ensuring solution consistency and proper alignment with Core Rules
Monitoring site maturity level against targets
Promoting new process deployments to site experts
Supporting site Key Users and Digital Continuity Officers / Deployment Project Managers in deployment and change management activities

Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Experience or understanding of RSC Engineering / Industrial processes and Method & Tools (M&T)
Knowledge of PLM solutions and their deployment within an industrial environment
Familiarity with coordinating regional or multinational teams
A PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous
Proven leadership and change management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
