What will you be doing?


  • You will be responsible to deliver solutions and services that measurably improve IT and the business R&D critical metrics - while efficiently/successfully maximising internal and external IT capability.
  • Service Management : Responsible for delivering IT services to Windchill (PLM) and coordinated systems (NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD etc) throughout the service lifecycle within the agreed service levels.
  • Lead and provide visibility on the maintenance of Windchill (PLM) applications availability, reliability, maintainability, outage serviceability & continuity requirements against the cost explained service and operating/service level agreements for the service.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate the efforts of suppliers’ operations teams to lead and maintain BAU service, the provision of the R&D systems.
  • Be responsible for implementation of, and alignment to, security standards (security strategy set by Security Architecture). Ensure ongoing architectural integrity of the service throughout its lifecycle.
  • Delivery Management: Plan, Lead and deliver project and enhancement delivery in agile manner. Be responsible for delivery execution of R&D projects to achieve scope, schedule, financial, & quality commitments through operating a metrics-based management system, ensuring consistency to principles and standards in the solution lifecycle management process.
  • Collaborate and demonstrate IT competency centres and shared services. Ensure the project success metrics are met.

What will you need to be successful?


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology / Computer Science/ Computer Engineering.
  • Certification/Licenses: Training/certification in ITIL, Agile, Project Management preferred.
  • Operating Mode: Hybrid: Work from office: 2 days in a week.
  • Experience: Minimum 6+years of Experience in IT with at least 3+ years of service and delivery management experience in global and sophisticated environments has worked in a regulated business.
  • Experience in providing IT support to Product Lifecycle Management solution (Windchill/Agile/eMatrix or similar systems). Consistent record of supporting sophisticated R&D systems such as PLM, CAD, and CAE. In addition simulation software and design transfer software. All preferably in the Med Tech sector.
  • Validated understanding of ITIL subject areas. Experience of leading 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services. Experience in handling IT for multiple sites, in multiple geographic.
  • Proficient in building collaborative teams, maintain calm and focus under pressure and instil that ability in others, and be effective communicators.
