• Leading factory operations for Plants.
• Responsible for manufacturing margin and OEE.
• Formalizing Annual Operating plan & investment plans.
• Keen strategist with expertise in managing entire operations with key focus on top & bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources including Human Resources.
• Driving cost reduction initiative across business and manufacturing process.
• To achieve Energy Saving Target assigned as per EnMS 18001 and Corporate time to time
• Driving business process for maximum capacity utilization and productivity (manpower, material, machine, money)
