About the Role:
As a Plant clerk/Plant Data Analyst /Associate Operator based at our plant Lote, Maharashtra your role will be to work with Production (ACGK, RPE), Quality, Production scheduler, Site logistic to translate the weekly Production Schedule into actionable plan for the production team.
Roles & Responsibilities
To sequence the production orders for maximising the efficiency. To prepare the package for each of the batched that includes batch tickets, Batch Printing Tool sheets, Batch calculation sheets, required SOPs and any checklists. Ensures that RM are available at site before giving go ahead for any production order to execute. Ensure partially filled RM and FINI drums are consumed Ensure TOP UP activities are done in timely manner Production Booking closely work with plant team to ensure FIAS is followed Monitor SMOG at site and ensure it is timely reprocessed Reporting include FIAS reporting, Utilization reporting, Scheduling effectiveness etc Responsible for following PTP/RPD work processes Lead stock check activity for raw material, Finish goods, packaging material Calculate Yield, PIRA based on Stock reports Participate in RCI for discrepancy found during stock check Material adjustments in SAP Monitors production deviation from standard, investigates the root cause for the deviation and corrects production and inventory data in SAP, as appropriate. Reconciles and closes production/period orders after all production posting is complete, monitors and balances inventories and performs routine month end close activities. Act as a coach for team members with less experience, responsibilities / duties Monitors, ensures and maintains the accuracy of the production and inventory data in SAP for work process partners and business management including production quantities, raw material consumptions and inventories. Requires a level of independent leadership that directs the activities of others in meeting the business objectives. Establishes consistent procedures for handling site balance allocations of raw materials and products that are part of large distribution systems. Reviews production/period order variances. Maintains system data used to evaluate cost variance performance over an extended period of time and determines needed updates to the SAP Bill of Material (BOM) or Routing. Completes inventory reconciliation to ensure all inventories in the SAP system are correct and to resolves any discrepancies.
