Mission Statement:


  • Planning - Lead the planning priorities of Power Transformers, motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.


  • Responsible for end-to-end planning from order receipt to dispatch. Leading and guiding the team. Co-ordination with various functions – SCM / Procurement / Engineering / Production/Sales/Design/Store to ensure that projects move as per contractual commitments of customer.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Planning & ensuring further communication - Work with the planning team of Power Transformers, motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. Provides regular updates and raises flags as needed from time to time.


  • Prepares detailed production plans in coordination with Procurement and Production Teams meeting the contractual commitment and keeping the bottlenecks in mind, managing the constraints and fully utilizing the resources


  • Works on LEAN principles to manage the planning function keeping inventory in check and optimizing production.


  • Taking care of all SAP related activities for Planning and other related functions.


  • Relex reporting, Constrain Management Reporting and X Matrix Reporting, Prepare and maintain the different Reports for further Reporting on monthly basis e.g., COPQ Data, Inventory, ECS Utilization, Material Shortages etc. Review & communicate assembly planes.


  • Ensure compliance of ECS requirement in Production. Maintain ECS data for further review on regular basis. Take care of ECS related Query raised from Production by providing appropriate solution issued by ECS Supporting Team


  • Maintaining Different Data Files to be used for Operation Reporting and Reviewing purpose as well for PT Factory


  • Maintain Visual Management in Shop Floor by timely updating of different Sign Boards kept in Shop Floor.


  • Inventory controls Manages MRP (Materials Resource Planning) exception messages daily. Supports cycle counting and/or year-end inventory counting. Conducts financial risk assessments decisions relating to inventory, conducts root case analysis when necessary.


  • Monitor and perform the production scheduling of in-house manufacturing of various manufacturing stages in connection with the contractual milestone of the customer contract


  • Inventory performance Analyses excess and obsolete/aging inventory. Takes appropriate action for optimizing inventory performance, in collaboration with sales, manufacturing & project management


  • Prepare data for weekly review and Monthly review

Your Background


  • Bachelors/ Diploma of Electrical/Mechanical engineer.


  • Minimum 6 - 10 years professional work experience


  • Proactive, Self-Motivated, Flexible.


  • Quick to learn and execute.


  • Ability to document business requirements.


  • Experience on Microsoft office and tools.


  • Ability to speak with and work together with the technical teams in different


  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
