Responsibilities may include: Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex. Your responsibilities: Ensuring a safe working environment, and continuous improvement in HSE process and integrity performance. Follow and implement Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and business compliance standards and regulations within the units. Responsible for project management of factory Orders & Factory expansion Capex Projects. Responsible for Production Materials Planning to ensure continuous production flow as per plan. Communicating Project progress reports and production planning reports. Effectively managing Cost, Quality and time for projects and improve each element. Managing of changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Perform risk management to minimize project risks and report to management. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Setting up loading charts & maintain material planning Aid in minimizing material stocks and liquidation of non-moving materials. Coordinate with Production leaders and SCM to always have an updated production plan for effecting material planning. Knowledge on how to handle inventory, balance adjustments and quality issues. Customer handling during visit to factory. Understanding of Health and Safety practices. Understanding of manufacturing processes. Understanding of Electrical Symbols, Schematic and Mechanical drawings. Understanding engineering, scientific and other technical information. Shop floor layout. Tech in Electrical / Electronics/ Instrumentation / Mechanical/Production Engineering with relevant work experience of 5-10 Years. Having Project Management Certifications is added advantage. Production management and Planning (Preference Power Electronics / Electronics equipment’s Industry.) Expertise on SAP PP module to perform production orders and material stock status. Project Planning tools like MS Project/Primavera; Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies. Shall be Optimistic, Self-assured and welcomes change. Self-motivated, flexible, proactive and committed. Independently determines approach and assigned tasks. Engages interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach to working together and committed to team’s development. Shows moral courage, openness and honesty in all dealings.
