As an Associate in Planning and Analysis, you will be responsible for coordinating the budgeting and forecasting process, as well as management reports and presentations.


You will be primarily responsible for maintaining management reports for front office sales, presentations for the Operating Committee and the Board of Directors, Competitor benchmarking submissions, leading and coordinating revenue budgeting and forecasting process.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Report revenue numbers periodically to front office sales including maintaining of sales team & individual scorecards as well as management scorecards
  • Produce presentations for business reviews / offsites / townhalls, analysis and supporting materials for key internal stakeholders including senior management
  • Participate and support ad-hoc requests as needed
  • Participate in UATs on system migrations both upstream and downstream
  • Benchmark competitor's quarterly revenue submissionsunder stringent timelines
  • Analysis on Client Profitability & associated reporting to senior management
  • Active involvement in transformation agenda by participating and adapting to new technology solution like Alteryx & Tableau
  • Collaborate with business partners across P&A, technology teams, lines of business and the firm to ensure the timely, accurate and effective delivery of recurring and ad-hoc initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders: sales business managers, regional leads, firm-wide, functional finance and lines of business teams
  • Timely maintenance of various sales reference data & controls for accuracy of revenue numbers in the system

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Self-starter who is able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment
  • MBA in Finance, Economics or Accounting
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant P&A experience.
  • Sound judgment, professional maturity and personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidate must be comfortable with frequently changing priorities
  • Ability to comprehend and clearly communicate complex concepts and maintain composure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational, management, and both verbal and written communication skills. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Business Objects, Alteryx and Tableau
  • Ability to navigate multiple data sets and synthesize into cohesive presentation and recommendations
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Team oriented, inquisitive, critical thinker who anticipates questions from internal clients and senior management
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues, desire to learn quickly, be flexible and think strategically

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Experience preferably in the financial services industry
