KEY REQUIREMENTS


Education:  Graduate.


Experiences: 5+ years of relevant work experience with a reputed company.


Know-how & Skills:


  • SAP ERP experience in MRP planning / SAP PP Module.
  • Good oral and written communication skills. Comfortable in English – Written and Verbal both.
  • Good Analytical skill.
  • Command over MS office packages – Advance Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


·  Production Scheduling and Plan Execution:


  • Prepare and distribute the weekly production plan to the plant team.
  • Create production orders in SAP.
  • Drive and execute a smooth production plan, minimizing last-minute changes.

·Team Coordination:


  • Collaborate with logistics, production, quality control, and export-import teams to ensure seamless execution of the production plan.

·Daily Tracking and Reporting:


  • Monitor vital parameters daily by comparing the plan versus actual performance.
  • Coordinate with the production team to address any discrepancies and prepare regular reports.

·Blender Capacity and Inventory Management:


  • Develop a six-month rolling capacity load plan for blenders, identifying and highlighting any constraints.
  • Achieve accurate production planning to manage inventory effectively and minimize slow-moving inventory through rework.

· Raw Material Planning and Supplier Coordination:


  • Forecast raw material requirements based on production schedules and ensure timely procurement.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and negotiate better terms and prices.
  • Raise PR considering lead time of RM, and get it converted in PO
  • Followup with Vendor for timely delivery of RM/ Packing material.

·  Adherence to KPIs:


  • Ensure adherence to key performance indicators, including production plan adherence, dispatch adherence, stock out and production plan accuracy

· New Product Introduction (NPI) Management:


  • Raise NPIs for new SKUs and warehouse extensions, ensuring timely creation and controlling the creation of redundant codes.

· Master Data Maintenance:


  • Maintain material master data for products, including routings and production versions.

· Quality Assurance:


  • Ensure raw materials meet quality standards and specifications by coordinating with quality control teams for inspection and approval of incoming materials.

· Alternate Raw Material Qualification:


  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for the qualification and development of alternate raw materials.

·  Continuous Improvement:


  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in production and raw material planning and management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
