Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. - Project management in maintenance (Eg. Improvement projects, Air leak, Energy save, 5S, Safety)
- Design approval process in MAE, Installation, Co-ordination, acceptance and release
- Innovation, Digitalization and Agile initiatives in TPM
- Competence management - Training and development (Bring standards in training for associates to improve MTTR and MTBF)
- TPM standards, Systems and processes implementation
- MAE and Spares obsolescence management
- Co-ordination for maintenance audit, FMEA control plan, Line relocation, suggestion and safety compliance
-Review of KPIs and drives the team to achieve KPIs through TPM standards
- Continuous Improvement in SQCD
- Should periodically review PM & B/D points and convert them for Predictive mode.
- Need to make scientific analysis of failure and make suggestion of monitoring.
- Create QAM, Machine FMEA and review.
- Co-ordination with Specialists, Process owner, Suppliers for improvement activities.
- Implementation and sustenance of TPM
- IPN Bench marking on Maintenance topics
- Implementation of Digital systems in Maintenance like i4.0 solutions, AI/ML
- Installation of machines
- SCIP improvements
- Layout modifications
- Establish standards and Safety Improvements for new MAE's
- Establish standards for 5S and improvements in shopfloor.
B.E in Mechatronics / E&E / Electronics
Technical Trouble shooting skills and Process Knowledge in SMT, Mechanical machines (special purpose machines) used in Electronics manufacturing industries like Dispensing, Screwing, PCB Routers, Housing pressing, PIN insertion machines etc.. should have knowledge on PLC, Control systems, Electrical Drives.(Analytical skills, problem solving techniques) Digital enthusiasm
