The Role


As a Piping Stress Engineer with Worley,you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc…. 


  • Perform pipe stress analysis using CAESAR II software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Conduct static and dynamic analysis of piping systems to evaluate performance under various operating conditions.
  • Design and analyze piping support systems to ensure stability and integrity.
  • Check nozzle loads to prevent mechanical failure and ensure safe operation.
  • Transfer civil load data accurately for integration into piping designs.
  • Prepare piping material specifications and ensure alignment with project standards.
  • Conduct pipe thickness calculations to meet safety and regulatory requirements.

About You


To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:


  • Graduate degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Power, or Production Engineering.
  • 8-15 years of relevant experience in piping stress engineering, preferably within a consultancy or EPC environment.
  • Proficiency in CAESAR II software for pipe stress analysis.
  • Strong understanding of piping support systems and load transfer principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
