Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for higher secondary classes.
- Foster critical thinking and analytical skills in students.
- Prepare students for board exams and competitive tests.
- Conduct interactive classroom discussions and activities.
- Evaluate and assess student performance regularly.
- Maintain records of student progress and collaborate with school administration.
- Utilize technology and digital resources to enhance learning.
- Participate in school events, PTMs, and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:Educational Qualification: BA in Physics with B.Ed.
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school.
