Overview This role will be responsible in all perfect digital store activities such as developing a Digital Picture of Success across sub-channels with defined, aligned and trackable KPIs via tools such as eFundamentals. This role will also support with the analytics behind eComm channel segmentation & prioritization and shopper value offer generation where execution guidelines across shopper touchpoints are developed I.e. Availability, visibility & Content. There is a requirement to support in UX testing to ensure the picture of success developed will drive Pepsico on shelf execution leading to sales and share growth. Educate key stakeholders and implement Perfect Digital Store execution best practices across designated customers eComm channel segmentation & prioritization analytics utilizing multiple data sources & consolidation into a clear recpmmendation Assortment analytics diagnosis & recommendation of HERO skus Build execution guidelines for critical shopper touchpoints – Availability, Visibility & Content through eFundamental analytics & integrating Global best practice playbooks Periodic execution KPI tracking via eFundamentals with recommendations to feed into eComm commercial, DX & perfect store teams as part of customer meetings & strategy builds Leading UX research and tests to inform picture of success and digital shelf opportunities Develop eComm Picture of success for sub-channels i.e. eGrocery by integrated Perfect Digital Store best practice, UX recommendations across content, merchandising etc Utilise eFundamentals to track Picture of Success compliance vs aligned target Leading UX research and aligning test and learn roadmap with x-functional GBS & Sector teams to inform picture of success and digital shelf opportunities Key Skills/Experiences: Marketing expertise— 8+ years of experience developing and executing digital merchandising or marketing/media programs, eCommerce and performance marketing mindset—understanding of how to leverage SEO and merchandising tactics to find and engage shoppers and drive conversion Understanding of data and demonstrated ability to deliver improvement of digital KPIs via a strong analytical mindset Strong experience in execution tracking data tools i.e. eFundamentals and sales data providers i.e.Nielsen, IRI etc A track record of delivering results in complex, multi-stakeholder and fluid environments Deep understanding of CPG industry business performance outputs and causal measures, their relationships, and how to address business questions in a robust way that translates to simple outputs Proficient with Power Point and Excel Strong collaborator: Interested and motivated by working with others. Actively creates and participates in opportunities to co-create solutions across markets Can easily see how insights/research learning can improve businesses impact and frames up reporting efforts and opportunities to inform business decisions Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English language Qualifications Highly collaborative – works well with others, including DX teams, internal marketing stakeholders, eComm stakeholders and external suppliers, to deliver results Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to deliver tight deadlines Attention to details & storytelling – delivering high quality output in a language tailored to business partner’s needs Analytical – ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to find actionable solutions Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to gain efficiencies in processes & improve deliverables
