Job Summary:


The PSS Lead is responsible for leading and managing a team of PSS agents to deliver high-quality HR service delivery. The Lead will oversee a team responsible for HR transactions, employee lifecycle management, HR systems, and reporting, while collaborating with regional HR teams to align processes with business needs.


Key Responsibilities:


HR Shared Services Operations (Multi-Region Support):


  • Acting as key Account manager for designated regions, oversee PSS operations across multiple regions, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with local employment laws.


  • Develop standardized HR processes while allowing for necessary regional customizations.


  • Manage HR service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve service effectiveness.


  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in HR systems across all supported locations.


Compliance & Regional HR Policies:


  • Ensure compliance with regional labor laws, HR policies, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).


  • Maintain updated knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory changes across supported regions.


HR Technology & Reporting:


  • Oversee HR systems and tools, ensuring seamless integration and usability across regions.


  • Be the Supers user for HR technology in the PSS centre.


Employee Experience & Continuous Improvement:


  • Drive a culture of service excellence, focusing on continuous improvement and automation.


  • Gather and analyze employee feedback across regions to enhance HR shared services.


  • Implement best practices and global HR service delivery models to optimize performance.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • 8+ years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or a related role, with at least 3 years managing multi-region HR functions.


  • Strong knowledge of global HR processes, employment laws, and compliance requirements.


  • Experience with HR&IS platforms (e.g., Workday, Service Now) across multiple regions.


  • Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams.


  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.


  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to navigate cultural differences.


  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR reporting tools.


  • Roll out of Service now or Global HR case management tools.
