This critical role involves partnering with COEs, engaging in digital transformation projects, and advancing our people strategy roadmap. Key Responsibilities:



Strategic Partnership with COEs:



  • Partner with COEs to co-create and execute the people strategy roadmap.




  • Engage in steering committees to oversee projects with a digital impact on COEs.


  • Actively contribute to initiatives that introduce new ways of working and transitional projects.



Innovation and Process Optimization:



  • Suggest and implement strategies to enhance HR processes and systems.


  • Attend conferences, network actively, and stay current with industry trends.


  • Maintain a leading-edge position in HR innovation.



Agile Methodology and Story Creation:



  • Develop detailed user stories, emphasizing clear story development.


  • Define MVPs and establish acceptance criteria.


  • Work closely with COEs to ensure Agile principles are effectively applied.



Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:



  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.


  • Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes.


  • Ensure alignment and foster collaboration between COEs, HR, and IT teams.



Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR technology, business process optimization, or a related field.


  • Proven experience in strategic partnership and stakeholder management.


  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience in story creation.


  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.




  • Proficiency in HR technology platforms and tools.
