Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership with COEs:
Partner with COEs to co-create and execute the people strategy roadmap.
Engage in steering committees to oversee projects with a digital impact on COEs.
Actively contribute to initiatives that introduce new ways of working and transitional projects.
Innovation and Process Optimization:
Suggest and implement strategies to enhance HR processes and systems.
Attend conferences, network actively, and stay current with industry trends.
Maintain a leading-edge position in HR innovation.
Agile Methodology and Story Creation:
Develop detailed user stories, emphasizing clear story development.
Define MVPs and establish acceptance criteria.
Work closely with COEs to ensure Agile principles are effectively applied.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes.
Ensure alignment and foster collaboration between COEs, HR, and IT teams.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR technology, business process optimization, or a related field.
Proven experience in strategic partnership and stakeholder management.
Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience in story creation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.
Proficiency in HR technology platforms and tools.
