About the Role
The People Learning Manager is a significant member of the centre of expertise people learning, focused on deliveringgloballearningandperformanceinitiativesforaregionalhub,adaptingthemtomeetthespecificneedsof the region. This will include developing regionally specific programmes and initiatives to support employee learning and development.
ThePeopleLearningManagerisalsotheexpertonalllegalandregulatoryrequirementsinrelationtolearningand performance for all countries within the hub region ensuring we meet all local standards.
Role Responsibilities:
Delivers and executes implementation of any L&D or other centre of expertise initiates at regional hublevelwithsubjectmatterexpertiseonthelegislativeandotherrequirementsacrosstheregion
Adaptstheglobalcentreofexpertiseguidelinestotheregional/countrylevel(basedonlocal statutory requirements)
Providesandsupportsdevelopmentconversationsand/orplanningwithindividualemployeesand managers within the region/location
WorkswiththeT&PBPsandcentreofexpertisePeopleLearningDirectortodeliverandimplement any centre of expertise initiative at hub level, focusing on the operational coordination to serve timezone and language needs (e.g. joining VILT as backup, participant support, etc)
Takestheresponsibilityforidentifyingbothneedsandsolutionsforanycountry/regionalL&D initiativestomeetregulatoryorcompliancerequirements,suchasHealthandSafetytraining.
Takes the responsibility for regional communication, including driving and promoting the performanceprocessoverall.Thisincludesworkingwiththecentreofexpertiseleadontheoverall strategy.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
GoodunderstandingofLearning&DevelopmentandPerformanceprocesse
Demonstratedknowledgeandapplicationofinstructionaldesigntheory,pedagogy,instructional design principles, learning theory, adult learning theory
Beabletodesigntrainingcoursesandprogramsnecessarytomeettrainingneeds,ormanagethis activity via external providers.
Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationandpresentationskillstoconsultandbuildsolid relationships with internal stakeholders
Englishlanguageproficiencyandadditionallanguagesspokenbeneficial
EducatedtoBachelor’sdegreeorhigherinrelateddisciplineorhaveequivalentexperience
