People Experience Partner - HR Partner Governance & HR Transitions


HR Partner Governance


·Ensure that the HR Partner Vendors work as per the SOW and adhere to the KPIs to meet the SLA requirements of JLL & its clients.


 ·Devise the engagement strategy as envisioned by the stakeholders and ensure execution to enhance employee & client experience.


 ·Maintain open communication channels to provide opportunities for knowledge transfer within JLL stakeholders to sustain the processes at service level standards.


 ·Modulate processes to meet our client requirements and deliver best-in-class services in tandem with market changes.


 ·Be the data custodian for metrices like headcount , attrition , diversity , hiring , promotions etc


 ·Coordinate recruitment, transfers / redeployments, on-roll movements, transition in / out of accounts for all HR Partner employees deployed at JLL & its clients.


·Mediate for driving closures regarding billing & invoicing, salary disbursements, bonus & increments, F&F, retiral benefits for HR Partner employees.


·Ascertain that the HR Vendor Partner represent themselves for all audit requirements and intervene as may be required to ensure up keeping of audit standards to maintain statutory compliances for our clients.


·Present MIS / dashboard for leadership to keep them abreast on overall process health, recruitment / headcount optimization, costs, issues, etc.


 ·Over-see that the HR Vendor Partners plan the site visit & ensure they meet the targets, resolve employee grievance / redress employee concerns timely & efficiently.


 ·Serve as the 1st level of escalation for delays, critical issues and non-responsiveness for business teams / JLL stakeholders and the HR Partners serving IFM India.


. Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at the root cause with intention to arrive at sustainable solutions.


·   Contribute towards a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes employee belonging.


·   Lead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business results.


·   Manage various degrees of employee relations situations and performance management.


HR Transitions


·Responsible for overall project management and direction for transition ( related to talent / people )


and integration activities, must be able to manage multiple transitions at a time.


·Review and Define end-to-end transition plan including scope, timeline, recruitment plan, and risk mitigation plan to ensure smooth execution of HR transition activities.


·Collaborate with regional and functional stakeholders to implement critical transition activities


·Review transition framework and suggest process improvement to meet target deliverables


. Provide insights to the leadership team and drive change management impacting transitions outcome


. Support the growth strategy, including M&A, of the business by providing tactical HR support during bid, acquisition, and restructuring including re-deployment and RIF paperwork.


Business Expertise:


Experience of delivering HR and Operational activity within a complex organization with the ability to balance JLL and client needs.


Highly skilled in utilizing data and technology to drive business performance and organization efficiency.
