- Top Talent Hunter: Build the best functioning teams, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles
- Employee Experience: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a smooth experience for all employees
- Asset, Travel, and Admin Management: Coordinate and manage office assets and admin operations
- Finance Management: Collaborate with the finance team to handle payroll processing and expense management
- Process Improvement: Analyse data to identify trends, make decisions, and enhance HR strategies
- Grievance Addressal: Be the point of contact for employees to address their concerns and providing timely resolutions
Must-haves (Min. qualifications)
- Expertise: 5+ years working in human resources function in a tech company
- Hiring: Proven experience in building high-functioning tech and non tech teams
- People Operations: Worked on employee experience and employee finance management
- Team Player: Experience working with a team of 5+ members
- And obviously has high empathy for people and the team
Good to have
- Industry Know-How: Experience in both talent acquisition and people operations
- Expert in Tech Hiring: Has a good network in tech industry and hiring agencies
- Tools: Hands on worked with Keka, Lever, Google Sheets, Equitylist
- Mentoring: Experience with guiding junior associates
- Analytical skills: To understand and improve organisation processes
