YOUR ROLE

• Assist in the formulation and development of polymer-based adhesives/Sealant.
• Conduct laboratory experiments and tests to evaluate the performance of adhesive products. 
• Analyze experimental data and prepare reports summarizing findings.
• Collaborate with senior chemists and other team members on research projects. 
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Support the scale-up and production processes by providing technical assistance as needed.

YOUR SKILLS

• Previous laboratory experience through internships, academic projects, or coursework is preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of polymer chemistry, including synthesis, characterization, and properties of polymers.
• Familiarity with adhesive formulation and testing methodologies is a plus.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
