PCBA Debug Engineer

Roles & responsibilities for PCBA Debug.
1: Monitor daily rejection analyze repetitive failures plan corrective & preventive actions monitor implementation & effectiveness.
2: Rework Effectiveness 
3: Evaluation of Failures with respect to circuit and Component level analysis.
4: Identify and Participate  to conduct make A3, 8D steer CFT during A3, 8D exercises.
5: Participate in daily, weekly monthly meetings & report rejections & its analysis.
6: Monitor & control Nonconformance cost on daily basis.
