The Role


,you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. Worley uses a number of time entry systems for employees and workers across the organization. All Worley personnel are required to create a weekly timecard for their contracted hours (employees) or for the hours worked (contingent workers). The global standard is for timesheets to be entered by Thursday for review and approval on Friday.Reports are available in GBS, Business Reporting (BR) and Power BI Dashboards each Monday for the prior weeks’ time. This role will use time reporting extracts and reports to:


  • Monitor end-to-end timesheet data for all countries in scope.
  • Assist the location team/project owners with timesheet data analysis.
  • Analyze, monitor, and report overtime bookings to personnels line managers.
  • Review full personnel timesheet submission for anomalies in Overtime charged in comparison to regular time or leave hours charged.,
  • Monitor & report Auto Approval statistics to locations.
  • Monitor & report impact of timecard correction and delayed timesheet submissions to locations.
  • To support and actively contribute to new initiatives affecting timesheets.
  • Review the Time Management Standard and understand how it applies to the role and the roles you are supporting.
  • Liaising with Time Management GPO team to streamline process.
  • Resolving queries and escalations.
  • Ensuring timesheet procedures/SOPs are documented and kept up to date for all processes.
  • Manage and build relationships with all key stakeholders (internal and external) within a complex business environment across multiple geographies.
  • Assist with internal or external audits.
  • Ensure active coordination between Time, payroll & master data team

About YouTo be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:


  • Experienced B. Com/M. Com/CA Inter.
  • Have worked in Oracle Time & Labor system or similar time systems.
  • Experience of working in a shared service environment and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to operational excellence with a focus on quality, control & execution.
  • Strong analytical ability with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
