Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Payroll Analyst will possess the experience and desire to support the APAC payroll process. The incumbent will possess the knowledge and experience to process accurate payroll, tax calculations, compliance and provide customer service to all employees. Knowledge of ADP Global View , Workday system and Service Now ticketing system is an added advantage. This position interacts with various levels of personnel both inside and outside the company. That interaction requires good interpersonal skills and judgement, tact and diplomacy with internal and external customers in troubleshooting problems and communicating status. Efficiency in this role requires a thorough solid understanding of relevant payroll processes and systems, policies and procedures. Accuracy is required in performing all functions of this position. The position reports to the APAC Payroll Supervisor.


Essential Functions:


• Experience in processing APAC payroll for INDIA , Singapore, Malaysia , Korea.


• Point of contact for employees in APAC and country Field HR team for payroll and tax related queries


• Partner directly with other payroll analysts, ADP payroll vendor, Regional Finance partners and Colleague Services Centre to support employees


• Support investigations and analysis to resolve root cause of payroll problems and communicate efficiently.


• Work with colleagues from around the business to ensure smooth end to end payroll processing


• Ability to organize and prioritize work under tight time constraints


Education and Experience: 


  • Minimum 8 years of experience in APAC payroll processes, statutory and compliance, compensation and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated experience with INDIA payroll with strong understanding of data management.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution of payroll, benefits, audits and compensation processes.
  • Learning agility with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills with a willingness to take initiative and lead when required.
  • Participate in improvement projects , business or functional projects as required related to payroll processes.
  • Support internal control standards/audits and self-audit processes related to all aspects of payroll
  • Responds to case management activity levels to ensure SLA’s are being met in Service Now
  • Any other duties as required to ensure the delivery of a first-class payroll service to our colleagues
