Payroll Analyst

The Opportunity :

Travelex is looking for a Payroll Analyst, Asia ( Malaysia , Thailand , Singapore & Hong Kong) EU ( Czech Republic) and ANZ (Australia and New Zealand) payrolls who will process the accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits for Travelex employees.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for end to end payroll processing for aforementioned  geographies.
• Needs to be subject matter expert for complex payroll queries
• Continuously review and audit our internal data and processes, ensure information is being recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
• Work with our finance team to ensure timely reporting of payroll and JV reports.
• Expertise in developing payroll functions and operations.
• Should be ready for early shift.
• Experience with Yearend activities and support packs implementation.
• Extensive experience in compliance reporting for the above mentioned countries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to drive analysis with limited guidance is essential for this role.
• Advance skills in MS office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required for this role.
• A self-motivated and creative problem-solving individual with the ability to take initiative and accept suggestions for improvement.
• The ability to structure , plan and prioritize work and projects effectively is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skill are required for this role.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or graduate in any discipline , and Masters in HR will be an added advantage.
• 4-5 years’ experience in Asia, ANZ or Global payroll role, ideally gained in both consulting and corporate environments.
• Experience working across several different geographies will be an added advantage.
