We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Project Manager
In this role, you will:
- Lead and deliver medium/large technology projects, programmes and platforms in the Payments domain.
- The individual should possess the capability to being a hands-on contributor in requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, implementing and maintaining Data and Cloud based Solutions.
- Work alongside teams within the Business and Operations teams to establish business needs and define both short term as well as long term strategies, Roadmap and features.
- Work alongside various technology teams – both internal and external – involving Business Analysts, Architects, Cloud & API Developers, DevOps Engineers, Test Automation Engineers etc – to proactively plan, manage and honour delivery commitments, whilst bringing efficiencies across the Agile/SDLC workflow.
- Directly manage and be accountable for medium size annual budgets > $2m and development teams > 30.
- Identify, analyse, communicate and resolve interdependencies between different payments applications.
- Use a combined knowledge of the payment domain, Payments applications and platforms, payments data modelling, data applications, cloud applications and analytics to solve business and operational problems.
- Make recommendations about the methods and ways in which we obtain and analyse large payments data sets, improve quality and the efficiency of our data systems.
- Collect & Interpret payments data and turn it into information which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions.
- Lead the resolution of SIT, UAT, performance tests, DR and Production Incidents, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills alongside effective decision making and critical thinking.
- Showcase an ability to multi-task, track multiple issues, effectively manage time and competing priorities, and to drive results through partner teams.
