Job Summary:


As a Treasury Services Billing Operations Analyst within our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and immerse yourself in all the production sub-processes within TS Billing. These include, but are not limited to, Billing Intake (Workflow), Billing Set-up and Maintenance (Critical Entry), Payments applications, Ledger Adjustments, Write-offs, Cancellations and Refunds (Payments), Billing Research and Queries (Research), Data Feed Management (Interface/Capture), and Project and Change Management. This role offers you the chance to contribute to our team's success while expanding your skills and knowledge in Billing Operations.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Process tasks with accuracy, care, and precision, aiming for "zero defects" or no mistakes in work processed.
  • Work under the direction of a manager to ensure the team meets its predefined goals in terms of service level agreements (SLAs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Escalate issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Learn the various systems used, processes performed, and reports completed.
  • Maintain a strong risk/control orientation.
  • Participate in FAST meetings and team huddles.
  • Identify opportunities to prevent any client-impacting errors.
  • Assist with the design, testing, and project plans for all new automation efforts and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities::


  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Experience in Billing Operations and/or other process related fields 
  • Ability to use mainframe and common PC based software packages including MS Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to details, able to meet tight deadlines and work independently within a team concept
  • Must be fluent in verbal, written and conversational English
