What you can expect
This individual serves as an advocate for customers. They translate technical needs into product recommendations, test customer environments and drive demands within Zoom. They articulate Zoom's architectural advantages to our customers, support the Account Executive to proposing and designing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in telephony, video, and applications sales.

What we’re looking for
Have 6 to 8 years of technical experience in Collaboration technologies, voice, and Contact Centre. Employee Engagement experience will be an added advantage
Be able to clearly present topics to different types of audience
Experience working with resellers and partners in India
Experience enabling resellers and partners through training, webinars and trade shows both in person and virtually
