What you’ll do


  • As Partner Solution Enablement Manager you are responsible to define and ensure execution of a comprehensive, tailored Partner Solution Enablement plan addressing the specific learning and coaching needs of the strategic partner(s) under your responsibility. 
  • You will cultivate a close collaboration with the Partner’s executive teams and with the SAP partner managers on global and regional level to ensure Partner Solution Enablement priorities align with the Partner’s business growth plan agreed with SAP. 
  • In this capacity, as Partner Solution Enablement Manager you will establish a network of Learning leaders within the partners’ organizations on global and regional level for the different solution areas. 
  • To ensure effective and efficient execution of the partner solution enablement plan, you will work to establish an active network with regional and global resources from various SAP internal teams in the Solution Innovation Experience and Partner Ecosystem Success organizations, as well as with relevant others. 
  • The Partner Solution Enablement Manager ‘s responsibilities also include timely and clear reporting on solution enablement plan execution and achieved relevant business impact.

What you bring


This position requires an entrepreneurial attitude with a solid mix of commercial feel, executive presence. Particular skills required are: - 


  • Capability to understand a partner’s business strategy and operating model  
  • Understanding of SAP’s solution portfolio and strategic initiatives. 
  • Ability to influence decision making, executive presence and ability to drive alignment of strategies and execution plans with senior stakeholders 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely 
  • Team player with proven ability to strengthen team cohesion  
  • The competence and discipline to work with minimal supervision 
  • Fluency in English is a must, other common languages are a plus
