Job Description

Overall Responsibilities:


  • Short, Mid and Long term strategy and implementation for Compliance, Risk Management, Audits and Due diligence for Partner Ecosystem in India, across different locations.
  • Ensure Periodic Compliance due diligence of Partners.
  • Partner Compliance to Statutory regulations and BGSW guidelines
  • Financial risk assessments and risk analysis of Partners
  • Data Analysis, Reporting and Decision support analytics, MIS reporting
  • Partner Quarterly Performance Assessments - Reviews and Evaluations
  • Reporting of Key Performance Indicators monthly and on need basis
  • Risk Management and Annual audit plan – tracking of audit points to closure.
  • Owner of WBT for outsourcing – working with externals
  • Guidelines, Audits, assessments for Competency Units at Partner premises.
  • Interface to Partners for issues faced in working with BGSW.

 Interfaces and Influencing:


  • ESP-xx, SHs, HoE’s,
  • GS/PUI-xx, GS/HRS-xx, CTG, HRL, TAX
  • BDO, ICO, BD
  • Partners and Vendors
  • BGSW and BGSG Leadership, including GLs

Personal, Processes and Technology:


  • Good experience in Partner development, including audits and assessments.
  • Must have worked in similar responsibly for at least 7 years, proven record in developing partners for IT and Engg services.
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Good knowledge of country specific Statutory regulations for outsourcing topics.
  • Good Knowledge of VMO processes.
  • Project Commercials, good negotiation and Persuasion skills.
  • Team Player, Good inter and intra-personal skills
  • Should be highly result oriented, with proven record in partner development
