Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Partner (Dispute Resolution) with a pure law firm background and at least 15+ years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate must have substantial experience in handling complex commercial disputes, arbitration, and litigation before various courts and tribunals.
Key Requirements:
- PQE: 15+ years in dispute resolution and arbitration, with continuous experience at law firms (pure law firm background).
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated expertise in handling high-value disputes, particularly in infrastructure, power, construction, and commercial litigation.
- Book of Business: The candidate must bring a significant book of business and have an established client base in relevant sectors.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to the firm's growth and business development strategy.
- Reputation: Strong network within the legal fraternity and recognized for professional integrity and excellence in dispute resolution.
