About the Firm:
A leading full-service law firm with a well-established Dispute Resolution & Litigation Practice is seeking to onboard an experienced Partner in Chennai and Delhi. The firm is known for handling complex, high-value disputes across various sectors and providing strategic legal solutions to its clients.

Role Overview:
The firm is looking for a seasoned dispute resolution lawyer with 12+ years of experience in commercial litigation and arbitration. The ideal candidate should have a strong book of business and a demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive business development.

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years of PQE in dispute resolution and litigation.
• Extensive experience representing clients in Supreme Court, High Courts, and arbitral tribunals.
• Proven ability to manage and expand a book of business (minimum 1.5x of current compensation).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent client relationship management and business development acumen.
• A team is preferred, and candidates with an existing team will be given priority.
