That’s what makes us Roche.The Opportunity You will be responsible for Data Analysis and Statistical engine:You will own and execute predictive analytics and data modeling across different data sets to aid business decision makingYou will evaluate solutions, manage projects, and advise internal customers on execution of statistical analyses and business usage of diverse data setsYou will Incorporate learnings from global Digital, HEOR, Access, Analytics CoE etc. on possible approaches or solutions to adopt for India affiliate and create/ find opportunities and business questions relevant for the affiliate that needs answering and proactively do the analytics to propose a way forwardYou will provide inputs and evaluate vendors on the benefits and implications of novel data science solutions, tools, and learnings across industries and align with Roche global on available or in-progress analytics solutions and services that can be a fit for deploying in the India affiliateYou will deploy analytics and modern data science based practices through the strategy team, insights chapter, transformation office, etc. to meet cluster / affiliate requirements, and fulfill needs of emerging affiliateYou will enhance and augment existing digital solutions and services’ effectiveness by assimilating and merging on-ground business knowledge with advanced analyticsYou must stay aware of key industry events relevant for Roche analytics and digital offerings and lead and own intelligence gathering efforts at an affiliate level and work across Roche divisions to imbibe best practices and learningsWho you areYou are someone with a Masters in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, from a top-tier institution. An MBA or PhD will be a plusYou have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in data science, advanced analytics, and ML (supervised & unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP), preferably in consulting or enterprise environments.You must have proficiency in tools such as Python, R, SQL and familiarity with cloud ecosystems and advanced analytics tools is highly desirableYou must have a track record of managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and delivering under tight timelines while engaging senior stakeholders.Familiarity with industry-specific analytics applications (e.g., healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, e-commerce, or retail) will be a plus.Who we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
